THEY WILL COME

With marked precision
and systematic destruction
they will come!

One at a time
they'll rip our hearts
Greed, power, hate,
corruption and revenge
have become their god

No distinction made
by blood thirsty whores
who judge, execute
and exterminate those
they've intentionally enslaved

We don't stand up
We don't voice objection
We don't protest loudly
We don't follow God's laws
We don't stop the speeding train

We make no attempt
to end suffering and oppression
if it doesn't include or effect us
We remain in denial of "new order"
and its heinous intent

But one day not far away
they will come for us too
and we'll stand alone
because no one will be left
to stand with us

Behind a pretence
of truth and goodness
a corrupt root spits poison
We turn a blind eye
to the obvious deception

Murder of innocents
in justified wars take their toll
State run terrorism roars on
and to feed its gluttonous appetite
the hungry beast devours all

The writing on the wall
bleeds pain and anguish
The horrors inflicted
and the agony of injustice
will one day be our own

With marked precision
and systematic destruction
they will come!
