VIRGINIA TECH

Thirty two innocent young students in the USA
were slaughtered by a vicious ruthless killer
Unjustified horror ruled the day at Virginia Tech
as it has in the past at other American schools

Thousands of innocent Iraqis and Afghanis
are also murdered by a ruthless vicious killer
But these unjustified attacks still rule the day
without any apparent end in sight!

Ongoing slaughter in the Middle East
has become the rule not the exception!
In Iraq hundreds of students, faculty and staff
have endured murderous torture since 2003

Who in the United States remembers them?
Have its citizens become totally immune
to the pain and suffering they've caused?
America is guilty but exempt of all war crimes

There's one difference in intent and outcome
Virginia Tech was caused by an insane young killer
The other, by a lucid, arrogant administration
with a deliberate purpose of continued slaughter

Both tragedies reveal how deeply sick America is
Both show signs of unmatched horror and hatred
While you take a moment to remember Virginia Tech
remember too, the young innocents of the Middle East

They are the innocents who've been forgotten
They include pregnant mothers and little children
They are the innocents who endure a daily ongoing hell
They too, are viciously slaughtered by American guns.
